Presentation on The Sovereign Citizen Pseudo-law Memplex

Come hear Donald Netolitzky, the Complex Litigant Management Counsel for the Court of Queen’s Bench share some of his extensive knowledge of OPCA litigants (Organized Pseudolegal Commercial Arguments) commonly known as Freemen-on-the-Land, Sovereign Citizens, and Detaxers. Many of these litigants are identified as vexatious litigants by the court.

Donald will identify some commonalities between these pseudo-law groups and offer some insight into how to best help them when they become our library patrons.
