Donations to ELLA

Just a reminder to all ELLA members that membership fees for the 2020-2021 membership year have been waived in order to acknowledge the hardships faced by many individuals during the global pandemic.

However, some of our members have queried about making a donation to ELLA. If you are interested in doing so, please contact us ellaexec @ gmail.com. Our treasurer, Christine Brown, will follow up with you directly.

Thank you to all of our members and everything you do to keep ELLA going strong! Have a safe, merry holiday season!

The Edmonton Law Libraries Association is looking for a Chair Elect for the 2020/2021 membership year, and continue on in the roles of Chair and Past Chair.

This position can be filled by anyone in the legal research community, or anyone who has an interest in legal librarianship and research.  For more information about this position, what it entails, and time commitments please see the ELLA bylaws.

Roundtable on Law Library Service Provision During COVID-19

Join us for a supportive and frank discussion about how law libraries have been providing service during the time of COVID-19. How is your law library providing service during the time of COVID-19?  Is your physical library open again or are you still working from home? Or are you providing some form of hybrid service electronically and physically? What significant changes were or continue to be, required to maintain services overall? We are looking forward to seeing everyone!
