It’s time to get the ball rolling for this important annual service which the ELLA membership provides to both articling law students and library students. Headstart usually runs over 1 1/2 days in mid- to late June; exact dates will be determined by this year’s committee.
If you are interested in helping out with this year’s Headstart program, there are many roles (big and small!) that need filling, including:
- organizing speakers
- taking registration
- doing promotions
- communicating with caters
- helping with hands-on exercises during the program
It’s not too late to jump in! If you want to participate or have questions, send an email to Anke.Eastwood@gov.ab.ca. Our inaugural meeting will be at 12:00pm on Friday, March 23 at the Alberta Law Libraries 2nd Floor South location.
Two exciting events are coming up. Stay tuned for more information…
